Tommy Vertrand  was arrested for his part in the black church shooting that killed 5 innocent victims.  The evidence was overwhelming, so he was convicted and enslaved.  Unlike most enslavements, however, Tommy was not sold to the highest bidder in the municipal auction. Due the particular heinousness of his crime, Tommy has been deemed unfit for society…not even as a slave.  So the judge has commanded that Tommy be turned over to a company that specializes in the creation and maintenance of human urinals where his arms, legs, and genitals will be surgically removed and replaced with metal fittings that will allow him to be installed in the men’s restroom at the courthouse.  He will remain there for the rest of his life.
