Miko was able to swipe a cig from the overseer’s bag.  He was able to sneak away to smoke it, but his fun was short-lived.  The overseer caught him and made him serve as his own personal ashtray.  Now, Milo gets all the cigs he wants, except now instead of smoking them, he is eating the ashes.
