Bullet is a bred slave.  He was born and raised on the Washington Family Slave Breeding Farm.  Under the law a slave cannot be sold until it’s 18th birthday.  For Bullet, that was six months ago.  At that time he was also subjected to slave nullification surgery. Bullet was happy to have it done because it meant that he would soon have an owner.
