Tod’s always been an athlete. The owner of this contract work slave very sensibly allows him to wear sandals when on the customer’s site.  It’s well known that injuries to feet on construction sites cause more loss of time than any other - the inevitable dropped nails, pieces of broken glass and even sharp stones can break the skin of even the most tough sole.
