Marcus

Marcus Jarvis was a rookie police officer when the Whitey Laws were first passed.  When the call went out for recruits for the Department of Reparations Police Force, now known as Cracker Control, Marcus was one of the first ones in line.  Here we see him on his job guarding the newly enslaved honkies.  He loves his job.
