Santiago Gaggero (24) was charged with criminal mischief for the third time in as many weeks.  His third arrest triggered the state's "three strikes" rule.  Santiago was immediately enslaved and put up for sale in the Municipal Auction.  He was bought by a young gay couple who was looking for a honky slave to take care of their new home.
